Wonderful

Great Location. Easy walk to Train and easy to get a taxi. Hotel staff helpful. We traveled with our family and had interconnecting rooms which was great. Room was large and clean and had everything we needed. On site buffet breakfast was good value for money.

The water drainage in the bathroom was a bit messy. Ended up with water all over the floor but that was easy fixed with towels.

Very good location. Close to shops, transport etc. Friendly helpful staff. Quiet street.

Though it's close to everything, there's not a great diversity of eating choices, compared to other parts of Singapore. It is a more expensive part of town, so the restaurants are a bit higher priced,

The location was good, we love our rooms were connected . We did not have hotel breakfast as there were plenty of food choices nearby.

The king bed mattress in our room was too soft for my reference.

Hotel is descent, Close to the city, walking distance to bugis junction/bugis mart where you can buy souvenirs for a very cheap price. Easy access to everything!

A/C blowing too cold with no option to adjust the temperature. The bathtub was not draining well, but it was fixed promptly after reporting.

Very good hotel in Singapore's Civic District

Location was in the Civic District, close to museums and art galleries. Conveniently close to Bras Basah MRT station.

The hotel did not provide drinking water. I think it should have been included in the price of the room.

Wonderful

Hotel is very close to nearest station and location itself is fairly central to a number of popular tourist destinations. Lots of additional facilities nearby in terms of shops and restaurants. Was very nice to have a pool available.

Would be nice if the internet was a bit faster, ended up using mobile data most of the time. Would also appreciate having an extractor or other fan in the bathroom to help with steam when showering.

Great location close to mrt Breakfast- large selection of options to choose from and well designed area -lots of space to access it. Friendly helpful staff. Large shopping complex 5 minutes walk away - also Chijmes a short walk from hotel which was amazing - restaurants

Easy check in and check out. Nice and helpful staff. Very nice location.

I didnt get the room that i requested. A room with one big bed / king bed and non smoking floor. Instead of that they put 2 beds into 1 big bed. It wasnt comfortable for the 3 of us to sleep on esp the one in the middle. And i didnt think they put us in non smoking floor.
